At Hotel Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our luxury home essentials. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
